How to make Sophora japonica, chives and egg buns

3. Heat peanut oil in a wok until it is 60% hot.

23. Cover the pot, add cold water and turn on the fire. Steam for eight minutes after the steam comes up. Turn off the fire and wait two minutes before opening the lid.
