How to make Italian noodles

Everyone knows that diet is particularly important for health. If you want to be healthy, you should pay more attention to your diet on a daily basis. It is best to cook at home. In fact, many home-cooked dishes are not only delicious but also easy to make. For example, making pasta is not difficult. You just need to put in a little effort and spend some time.

1. Chop the beef into small pieces; cut onions, carrots, ham and mushrooms into 4-5 mm square pieces respectively; chop the garlic into garlic paste.

2. Add pepper, light salt, chicken essence, a little oyster sauce and diluted water starch to the minced beef. Mix well and set aside.

Continue to add butter and onion diced, stir-fry until fragrant, then add carrot diced, ham diced, and mushroom diced and stir-fry; add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, stir-fry over low heat until the sauce is slightly thick, add the previously fried minced meat, a little red wine and sugar, simmer over low heat until the sauce is thick, and serve.

7. While making the sauce, boil water on another stove to cook noodles. Italian noodles are more difficult to cook thoroughly than Chinese noodles. After the noodles are boiled in the pot, add a little cold water and continue cooking. Repeat several times until the noodles have no hard core. Add a little olive oil when cooking the noodles to prevent the noodles from sticking after being out of the pot. Olive oil is used because it is an odorless oil and will not affect the taste of the dish.

8. Note: After the noodles are out of the pot, use a strainer to control the water, rinse them with the prepared boiled water, and cool them down quickly.
