How to make red dates, wolfberry and mushroom chicken soup

After a busy day, coming home and cooking a delicious meal is a way of compensating yourself, and a sense of happiness will gradually arise. The preparation of red dates, wolfberries and mushroom chicken soup is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. 1. Chop the chicken into pieces.

2. Cut the mushrooms crosswise into fan shapes.

3. Wash the wolfberries and red dates, cut the green onions into rings, and chop the ginger into minced pieces.

4. Put the chicken in cold water and add some cooking wine. Bring water to a boil over high heat and fry the chicken. Meanwhile, add water to a soup pot and bring to boil.

5. Take out the blanched chicken and put it into the boiling soup pot, then add the scallion and ginger.

6. Blanch the mushrooms as well.

7. Put the blanched mushrooms into the soup pot, add the red dates and cook over low heat for one hour.

8. After the soup is cooked, add wolfberry, sesame oil and salt and turn off the heat.

9. Serve
