How to cook stewed beans and noodles

In daily life, many people have to choose to eat out due to work pressure. They do not have too much energy to cook for themselves. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple to prepare and can be completed in a short time. For example, the method of stewing beans with noodles is very simple, so you may want to consider it.

1. Pick and wash all the vegetables, drain the water, cut the beans into cubes, and cut the tofu skin into shreds for later use.

2. Light the fire and put the pot on. When the pot is hot, add oil, stir-fry the beans, add shredded tofu skin and braised pork cubes, add a little soy sauce, then add a little soup or water and simmer over low heat. Add a little salt after the beans are cooked.

3. When stewing the dish, cut the green pepper into small pieces and chop the coriander into pieces and put them into a bowl. Add sugar, chicken essence, olive oil, salt and soy sauce to the bowl and mix well for later use.

4. After the beans are cooked, remove from the heat and start a new pot to cook the noodles. Put the noodles in when the water boils. When the water boils again, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the noodles with the stewed beans and the mixed green pepper sauce, and start eating.
