11. After the custard sauce is cooled, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then add the fresh cream and stir evenly. This will become the custard cream filling.

12. Then add the sieved chestnuts (put the chestnuts on the sieve and crush them with a spoon)

13. Stir well and the filling is ready.

14. Put the filling into the baked tart crust and smooth it out, about 6-70% full

15. Put butter in a frying pan, simmer, spread evenly, then put the bananas in, fry one side until golden brown, then fry the other side.
