1. First, pour the flour onto the chopping board, make a hole in the middle, add sugar, pour in the yeast dissolved in water, then rub the sugar with your hands until it dissolves, mix it with the flour, and knead it into dough.

2. Knead the dough thoroughly, put it into a bowl, cover it with a plastic bag, and ferment it until it doubles in size.

3. Filling: Pour the black rice into a bowl, add brown sugar water and stir evenly with a whisk.

4. Take out the fermented dough, knead it, roll it into a long thin sheet, spread black rice paste on it, fold the dough sheet into a long strip from one end, trim the edges with a knife, and cut into small pieces.

5. Take a small dough, press it vertically with chopsticks, press the axis with the thumbs of both hands, fold the dough in half, pinch the two ends with both hands, turn them in opposite directions, pinch the two ends together, and gather them at the bottom. Brush the surface of the steamer with peanut oil, put the flower rolls in, let them rise for 20 minutes, steam them in boiling water, steam them on high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes after they are cooked.
