How to make braised pork with mushrooms and quail eggs

2. Put the quail eggs in a soup pot and add water to boil. They will be cooked in about ten minutes. Soak them in cold water and peel them after cooling.

5. Cut mushrooms into pieces

6. Slice the ginger, put it on a plate with cinnamon, star anise and dried red pepper for later use

7. Add water to the pot, put the pork belly in, turn on high heat and add cooking wine to blanch

8. Put the blanched pork belly on a plate and set aside

9. Add a little cold oil to a cold pan and stir-fry sugar color

12. Add cinnamon, star anise, ginger slices and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

13. Add dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until the color changes.

14. Pour boiling water over the pork belly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

15. After 5 minutes, add quail eggs, salt and five-spice powder and simmer for another 10 minutes.

16. When the time is up, add the mushrooms and continue to simmer for another ten minutes.

17. After cooking for 35 minutes, you can see the finished roasted pork with mushrooms and quail eggs.

18. The finished product is decorated with green onion shreds.
