1. Wash the green radish and spinach and set aside.

2. Grate the green radish into thin strips and chop the spinach into fine foam for later use.

3. Add salt, ginger powder, pepper powder and chopped green onion to the shredded green radish and spinach, mix well, and soak for 2 minutes until the water is drained.

4. Beat two eggs in the marinated vegetables, sprinkle in a little half bowl of flour, add appropriate amount of water, mix into a paste and set aside.

5. Heat the electric baking pan, add oil and bring to a boil, add the batter and fry both sides until golden brown.

6. Serve. Be sure to put kitchen paper at the bottom of the plate to remove excess grease.
