How to Cook Lamb Liver

1. Purely boiled lamb liver

Ingredients:

400g lamb liver, salt, soy sauce, chopped green onion, coriander

method:

1. Wash the lamb liver and soak it in water for five minutes.

2. Add water to the pot and put in the lamb liver.

3. After boiling, skim off the foam.

4. Cook for 15 minutes. Poke it with chopsticks. If there is no blood, it is cooked.

5. Remove from the heat and let cool.

6. Cut into thin slices, pour soy sauce on it, sprinkle with salt, chopped green onions and coriander and you can eat.

2. Wolfberry and Lamb Liver Soup

Material:

100 grams of lamb liver, 20 grams of straw mushrooms, 5 grams of wolfberry, 5 grams of carrots, 2 shallots, 1 small piece of ginger, 15 tablespoons of broth, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, teaspoon of pepper, teaspoon of fine salt.

1. Wash and cut shallots, ginger, carrots and straw mushrooms into thin slices. Soak wolfberries in cold water, wash and set aside;

2. Wash the lamb liver and cut it into thick slices. Add ginger slices and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Then blanch it in boiling water, remove it and wash it.

3. Bring the broth to a boil, then add onion slices, ginger slices, carrot slices, wolfberries, straw mushroom slices, salt, cooking wine, and pepper powder and bring to a boil, then add the lamb liver slices and bring to a boil.
