How to cook mustard and spicy clams

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of cooking mustard and spicy braised clams.

1. Prepare fresh ingredients

2. Soak the clams in clean water with some salt and salad oil, and chop the ginger, garlic, chili and coriander for later use.

3. Put the seasonings and ingredients such as ginger, garlic and chili in the same bowl

4. Mix the seasonings evenly and set aside

5. Take a plate, put the washed clams in it and place it in the steamer.

6. Cover and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes

7. When the shell of the clams turns red and the mouth opens, turn off the heat.

8. Wait until the cooked clams are slightly cooled, then pour in the previously prepared sauce (do not discard the sauce from the steamed clams)

9. Seal all the mixed materials and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours

10. Wait until the flavor is absorbed and the dish is chilled thoroughly before serving.

11. It tastes better if you drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle some coriander on it.
