How to make shortbread

4. Apply some oil on the chopping board and divide the dough into six portions. I weighed it and each portion was 67 grams.

5. Weigh the pastry, 20 grams per portion

6. Roll all the dough into balls, cover the pot with a lid and simmer for ten minutes.

7. Take a water-oil dough and flatten it with your hands. Put a piece of oil pastry on it and wrap it up like a bun.

8. After wrapping, place the folds next to the chopping board and sugar for a few minutes.

9. Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape with your hands. Use a rolling pin to roll it into an ox tongue shape.

15. Preheat the oven, cover the baking tray with tin foil, and place the rolled cakes on the baking tray.

17. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it and bake it in the oven

18. Preheat for five minutes, bake at 220 degrees for fifteen minutes, and take it out immediately when the time is up.
