How to make pork and cowpea dumplings

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make pork and cowpea dumplings, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. This dish is steamed to allow diners to feel the deliciousness of the ingredients. Seasonings can be added according to your own taste to cook your own dishes.

1. Prepare the fillings

2. Wash the pork and chop it into stuffing. I am lazy and use a meat grinder to grind it directly.

3. Wash and chop the cowpeas

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the pork filling and stir clockwise.

5. Add seasoning salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, cooking wine and mix well

6. Chop the green onion

7. Add appropriate amount of corn oil to the meat filling

8. Mix well

9. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and make it into a soft dough. Cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for about ten minutes.

10. While the dough is resting, boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of salt and a few drops of oil, and blanch the cowpeas.

11. Take out the blanched cowpeas and rinse them with cold water immediately

12. Drain the water and add it to the pre-mixed meat filling and mix well.

13. Pull the dough into pieces after it has rested

14. Sprinkle with thin flour, flatten and roll into dumpling skin

15. Take a dumpling wrapper and put in the appropriate amount of stuffing.

16. Pinch both sides together and the dumplings are ready.

18. Put it in the steamer and steam it for ten minutes after the steam comes out.

19. The dumplings are out of the pot, and they are served with a plate of dipping sauce.

Dumplings with pork and cowpea filling are an easy dish to make. People who work overtime for a long time and have no time to cook can try making this dish. Just steam it and add seasonings that suit your taste before serving.
