How to make egg yolk shortbread

Bring some ingredients home after work and cook a good meal. Even if the dishes are not so exquisite, they can still give people a sense of satisfaction. 1. Prepare the materials. I forgot to take a picture of the egg yolk and bean filling.

2. Knead the puff pastry ingredients into dough, as shown below.

3. Knead the oil skin into dough.

4. Roll the puff pastry into sheets and place the oil dough on top, as shown in the picture below.

5. Roll the wrapped dough into long tongue shapes as shown in the picture.

6. Roll up as shown in the picture. Do them one by one. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes. Take another roll, flatten it, roll it into a long tongue shape, roll it up and let it rest for 10 minutes.

7. Prepare the egg yolk as shown below.

9. Wrap the egg yolk with bean filling, as shown below.

10. Wrap them one by one and set aside.

11. Take a piece of puff pastry, flatten it, wrap the red bean paste and egg yolk ball in it, and pinch the opening downwards to close it.

12. Brush with egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds as shown below. Preheat oven to 170 degrees for 8 minutes.
