How to make simple pan-fried buns (with king oyster mushroom, onion and pork filling)

The simple version of pan-fried buns (with king oyster mushroom, onion and pork filling) is a very common dish, but it can be eaten in many different ways, and the various cooking methods can bring different stimulations to the vision and taste buds. 1. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, pour it into the flour, add a small spoonful of salt and knead it into a soft dough. Ferment it until it is twice to two and a half times the size. The dough kneading process is omitted here. If you need it, you can check my recipe for "Bean Odule Buns"

2. Preparation of fillings: Dice the pork, add chopped green onion, cooking wine, oil, soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sesame oil, stir vigorously in one direction, and marinate for half an hour to an hour

3. Dice the onion and put it in a bowl

4. Blanch the king oyster mushrooms, drain and dice them and put them together with the onions

5. Pour the marinated meat into the onion and king oyster mushroom, add oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt and oil and mix well

6. After the dough has fully fermented, wrap the fillings and make buns. This step can be omitted. If necessary, you can check the recipe for "Bean Okara Buns" in my recipe column, which contains detailed steps. Let the sugar for the wrapped buns rise for half an hour

7. Heat the electric frying pan to 70% hot, put the sugared buns in, and fry over medium-low heat.

8. Fry the buns until the bottom is golden brown

9. At this time, pour boiling water into the pot to 1/3 of the height of the buns.

10. Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat.

11. Turn off the heat when the water in the pot is dry, which takes about 8-10 minutes.

12. Remove from the pan and serve

13. Sprinkle chopped green onion and black sesame seeds for decoration
