How to make Ocean Heart Yogurt Cake

1. Jelly layer: Mix Blue Curacao and Sprite evenly, then add a piece of gelatin that has been softened with cold water. Heat the above liquid in a pot, stirring constantly until the gelatin melts. Put it into a container and refrigerate until it solidifies!

4. Mix 100g whipping cream and 40g fine sugar and beat until it becomes a milkshake!

5. Heat two softened gelatin sheets in water until they melt. After they cool down a little, add yogurt and stir.

6. Add a spoonful of lemon juice and pour it into the whipped cream and mix well.

7. Mix the solutions in steps 4 and 5. The mousse is ready!

8. Cut off a little bit of the edge of the chiffon cake that you prepared in advance! Just slightly smaller than the cake mold! You can also make three slices of cake! You can pour the mousse in three times at that time! (See the steps below for details)

9. Take a piece and place it at the bottom of the cake mold! (Put it in the center to fill the space! Because you will add mousse later, it needs to be evenly distributed for better results!) Pour half of the mousse (if there are three slices of chiffon cakes, pour one-third of the mousse! And so on for four or five slices. It all depends on your personal preference) and then put another slice of chiffon cake! Pour in the remaining half of the mousse liquid and shake it gently a few times to remove the bubbles! Refrigerate overnight! (10-12 hours)

10. Take out the refrigerated jelly and crush it. Don’t stir it too evenly, otherwise it will not look good if the pieces are all the same. It looks better if they are uneven!

11. Remove the mousse cake from the mold and cover half of the round part with crushed jelly! Cover the other half with crushed digestive biscuits (the digestive biscuits were originally whole, but they had to be crushed to create a beach feeling!). There is a transition line between the upper half of the ocean and the lower half of the beach! Put some coconut flakes on the line to create a wave feeling!

12. Take out the starfish chocolates you made earlier, remove them from the mold, and place them anywhere on the beach or in the ocean!
