Rice noodles are common in southern my country. Ingredients: 3 grass shrimps, 2 fried tofu, 20g fish balls, 20g bean sprouts, 1/4 boiled egg, 100g rice noodles, a few shallots, 2 basil leaves, 3 chili slices

Seasoning: 1. 30g dried shrimp, 3 chestnuts, 6 shallots, 4 garlic cloves, 1 small piece of ginger, 1/2 tablespoon dried lemongrass, 4 red peppers, 2 tablespoons curry powder, 2 teaspoons shrimp paste 2. 2 cups chicken broth, 1/2 cup coconut milk, a pinch of salt and pepper

1. Use a juicer to blend seasoning 1 into a paste (you can add a little salad oil). Slice the fried tofu and set aside.

2. Heat the pan, add a little oil, stir-fry seasoning 1 until fragrant, then add seasoning 2, turn to medium heat, and stir the soup constantly to avoid burning. After boiling, add grass shrimp, fried tofu slices and fish balls and cook until done. Then add rice noodles and cook together. When done, serve in a bowl. [1]

3. Blanch the bean sprouts until cooked, put them in a bowl, add 1/4 boiled egg, and finally sprinkle with fried shallots, basil and chili slices.

A few mushrooms, 1 ounce dried shrimp, 1 ounce pork, 4 cups water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper

Production steps

1. Soak the rice noodles until soft. Cut the cabbage, mushrooms, pork and carrots into shreds and set aside.

2. Heat up a pan with oil, sauté mushrooms and dried shrimps, add shredded pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots and seasonings (except minced garlic), stir-fry together, then add 4 cups of water and continue to boil.

3. Add the soaked rice noodles into the soup and stir-fry to make it evenly colored. After about ten minutes, reduce the heat and stir-fry until the water is dried up and then remove from the heat.

4. When eating, sprinkle some bean sprouts, then drizzle a little marinade and minced garlic.

Oil, salt, soy sauce, 3 lettuces, 1 egg

1. Prepare the ingredients (soak the rice noodles in clean water about half an hour in advance).

2. After the rice noodles are soaked until soft, wash them twice and drain them. Beat the eggs into a container, add a small amount of salt and mix well. Wash the lettuce.

3. Heat the pan with oil. Heat the pan until it is hot.

4. Pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry quickly.

5. Add the lettuce and stir-fry.

6. Then add the rice flour.

7. Mix well, add appropriate amount of salt, shake with chopsticks, and continue to stir-fry until the rice noodles are soft.

8. Finally, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and chopped green onion and mix well.

Tips

1. Soak the rice noodles in advance.
