How to make steamed mutton dumplings

1. Knead the risen dough by hand for about ten minutes. The kneading process for bread is 20 minutes (now the dough is well risen).

2. Mix several seasonings of mutton filling evenly and set aside.

3. Knead the dough and roll it into long strips.

4. Cut into small pieces of about 60g each.

5. Flatten each dough with your palm.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll each dough into a thick dough in the middle and thin dough on the outside.

7. Pick up a dough and put the meat filling in the middle.

8. Wrap it like dumplings. The only difference from boiled dumplings is that they have fewer folds.

9. Wrap each dough in this way and set it aside to let it rise.

10. Prepare a hot pot and pour enough water for steaming for 20 minutes. Start putting the steamer in the steamer and it looks like it’s rising well.
