11. Change the temperature to 90℃ and let the sleeping buns stand up

12. When everything is done, cover with wet yarn and let it stand for 20 minutes

13. Bring water to a boil, brush oil on the grate, and put in the dough.

14. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes (to prevent shrinkage when cooled)
