1. Wash the vegetables and cut into sections. Beat the eggs in a bowl with chopsticks. Chop tomatoes into small pieces.

2. Heat the pan and pour in oil. When the oil is hot, pour in tomatoes and stir-fry until red soup comes out.

3. Pour in the vegetables and continue to stir-fry.

4. Stir-fry two or three times and pour in boiling water.

5. After the water boils, pour the egg liquid into the pot in a circle.

6. After pouring in the egg liquid, push it a few times with a spoon, add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil and turn off the heat.

7. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
