How to make fragrant meat dumplings (simple and easy)

Fragrant meat dumplings (simple and easy) are easy to make and provide nutritious dishes for those who do not have much time to spend on cooking.

1. Prepare the ingredients. I had too much meat so I subtracted one corn when I cooked it later.

2. Wash and shred the carrots.

3. Then cut into pieces horizontally and vertically and set aside.

4. Wash the corn, peel it into kernels and set aside. I use my hands, but friends who have tools may find it more convenient.

5. Wash the meat and chop it into minced meat for later use.

6. Chop the chives into chopped green onions and set aside.

7. Put all the above ingredients into a large container.

8. Add all the ingredients: cooking oil, sesame oil, salt, MSG, and soy sauce. Because I made a lot of fillings, I added some water to make the dumplings taste less dry.

9. Stir well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to absorb the flavor.

10. Start making dumplings! Take a piece of dumpling wrapper. I bought it in the market. Add some fillings.

11. Use a stuffing spoon to dip the edge of the dumpling skin into water (if you don’t have a stuffing spoon, you can use chopsticks or your hands to dip into water in the same way). This way the dumplings will not loosen when cooking. Then fold both sides of the dumpling wrapper in half and press them tightly and that’s it!

12. Put the wrapped dumplings into the steamer and steam for 25 minutes (5 minutes of hot water, do not cover the pot; after 5 minutes of hot water and steaming, you can cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes).

13. You can also put it in a dumpling box and refrigerate it for later use (can be kept for a week).

14. I packed a box (72 pieces) for future use, which can be steamed or boiled.

15. After 5 minutes, the delicious steamed dumplings with fragrant, thin skin and rich fillings are ready! Hurry and clamp...

16. The second pot. A total of 102 dumplings were made. ✌✌✌
