Spicy cumin grilled lamb chops

1. Prepare all materials

6. Place the marinated lamb chops on the eggplant and bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (Note: The time will vary depending on the size and weight of the chops, so please adjust accordingly; in addition, many people do not like beef and mutton to be fully cooked, so the time will also vary, so you need to adjust according to your preferences)

7. Take out the ribs after they are baked, cut them into individual ribs with a knife (it is more convenient to eat this way, if you don’t cut them in advance, it may be a bit awkward to eat them), and serve them together with the eggplant. I used some green onions and peppers for garnish.
