How to make scallion pancake (dumpling skin version)

Some people may think that cooking at home is too complicated. In fact, it is not impossible to have a delicious and nutritious dinner at home as long as you master some simple recipes. Scallion pancakes (dumpling skin version) are easy to make. Even if you don’t have a talent for cooking, you can still make delicious dishes for your family.

1. Take four pieces of dough, put one on the table, sprinkle a little flour on it, then put another one on it and sprinkle a little flour on it, and so on, until four pieces of dough are stacked. Use a rolling pin to roll them out into two pieces.

2. Separate the four rolled dough sheets and shake off the flour on them. Place one dough sheet on top of another as shown in the picture, spread a proper amount of oil evenly and sprinkle a little salt on them.

3. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion and roll it into strips from one side.

4. Roll up from one end, tuck the tail under the dough roll and gently flatten it with your palm.

5. Roll it into a thin layer with a rolling pin and sprinkle some flour to prevent it from sticking.

6. Add a little oil to the pan, put in the dough and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown.

7. Serve.
