How to make steamed hairtail fish

1. Wash the hairtail and cut it into cross shapes

2. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

3. Put some onion, ginger, garlic and peppercorns at the bottom of the plate.

4. Then put the fish on top

5. Add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, soy sauce, remaining onion, ginger and garlic.

6. Wrap with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes

7. Add the fish into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

8. Then pick out the hairtail fish and put it on a plate. Filter the soup into the pot, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, pour the soup on the fish, add appropriate amount of shredded green onion, wolfberry, and sesame seeds for decoration and serve.
