How to make shrimp and pork dumplings

1. Add an egg to the flour and appropriate amount of water to make dough and set aside. The purpose of kneading the dough first is to allow the dough to rise so that it will taste good!

2. Peel and devein the fresh shrimp. I first remove the shrimp tail, then slowly remove the shrimp head to bring out the shrimp back line.

3. Chop the cleaned shrimp, cabbage and carrots

5. I asked the boss to mince the pork when I bought it, and added shrimp, carrots, cabbage, and chives.

6. Add salt, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, dark soy sauce and stir, then add an egg, the egg can make the meat filling more tender

7. Stir evenly again, add sesame oil and stir, and the dumpling filling is ready.

8. Take the dough and roll it into long strips, then cut it into even-sized pieces

9. Roll out the dumpling wrappers and make dumplings

10. Add water to the pot, put the dumplings in when the water boils, and cook on low heat for three minutes.

11. Add two bowls of water to another pot, bring to a boil, add seaweed, dried shrimps, a little salt, sesame oil, and serve as the soup base. I forgot to take a picture of this. Add the cooked dumplings and coriander, and a bowl of delicious shrimp dumplings is ready!
