How to make Hami melon chicken

Hami melon chicken is a healthy and green dish. Different from various street snacks, the ingredients required are all non-toxic and pollution-free green food, and it also has the function of enhancing people's immunity. 1. Wash the chicken wing roots and set aside.

2. Scrape the meat at the root of the chicken wing from bottom to top, until the meat can be turned over with the skin inside and the meat outside.

3. Marinate the chicken wing roots with starch, a spoonful of light soy sauce and cooking wine for half an hour.

4. Prepare the Hami melon and remove the pulp.

5. Peel the cantaloupe and cut into pieces.

6. Cut the red pepper into circles and the green pepper into slices.

7. Turn on high heat and heat the pan. Add oil when the pan is hot. When the oil is 70% to 80% hot, put in the marinated chicken wings. Turn to medium heat and fry the chicken wings until cooked.

8. After the chicken wing roots are fried, drain the oil and remove them.

9. Put soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, starch, water and oil into a small bowl and mix into sauce.

10. Pour the prepared juice into the pot.

11. When the juice is hot, pour in the cantaloupe and stir-fry evenly.

12. Add the fried chicken wings and chili peppers and stir-fry together.

13. Coat the chicken wings with sauce and fry the peppers until half cooked!

14. Serve.

You can eat more Hami melon chicken in the summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it up before eating. It has a very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
