How to make spinach dumplings

Although eating in a restaurant can satisfy our appetite, it is also easy to ingest unhealthy things that have a certain impact on the body. Therefore, if conditions permit, it is recommended to go to the vegetable market to buy some ingredients and make them yourself. Spinach dumplings are very simple to make and the ingredients are also convenient to purchase.

1. Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water!

2. Put it into the juicer to squeeze the juice!

3. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes!

4. Wash the carrots, blanch them in boiling water, and chop them!

5. Wash the mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, chop them into small pieces, and squeeze out the water!

6. Put the chopped carrots, mushrooms and minced meat together, add salt, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped onions, ginger and garlic, and mix the dumpling filling evenly!

7. Use your hands to knead the dough into long strips!

8. Cut into small pieces with a knife!

9. Use a rolling pin to roll it into round pieces!

10. Wrap the prepared dumpling filling in the dough! Pinch it into dumplings!

11. Boil the wrapped dumplings in boiling water and the delicious dumplings are ready!

12. Try it and see if it’s delicious!

13. Finished product!

Eating fast food frequently is not good for your health and can easily lead to obesity. Spinach dumplings are convenient and healthy to make. It is recommended to add more vinegar. Eating more vinegar and less salt is the key to staying healthy.
