How to cook rapeseed mushrooms

11. Heat the oil pan to about 70 degrees, throw the mushrooms into the pan and fry them over low heat.

16. Put the rapeseed into the pot and stir it gently to prevent it from being too brittle and easily falling off.

17. When the rapeseed is cooked, pick it up and put it in a basin of cold water to cool it down. This will keep the rapeseed green.

18. Quickly fry the fried mushroom slices again to ensure that the mushroom slices are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

19. After draining the oil, place the mushroom slices on a plate.

20. Pour in the mixed sauce of soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and garlic slices.
