How to make secret curry scallion pancakes

1. Put a good amount of flour into a container, sprinkle the flour with a good amount of salt, and put a good amount of water into a pot and boil it!

2. Pour the boiled water into the flour and stir evenly with chopsticks.

3. Put the evenly mixed flour into the bread machine, beat the eggs, add yeast powder, start the dough program to knead the dough, and it will be done in 15 minutes!

4. Wash and chop the green onions into small pieces and set aside!

5. After kneading the dough, take it out of the bread machine, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes;

6. After it has rested, roll the dough into thin slices. The bigger the better. If the panel is not big enough, spread it directly on the worktop. I am really new to rolling dough and cannot control the shape at all. Please give me some advice!

7. Use a silicone brush to brush a layer of sesame oil on the rolled dough;

8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions!

9. Sprinkle green curry powder through a sieve;

10. Then roll up the dough!

11. Roll it into strips, with the joints pressed down!

12. Cut into 9 sections and let stand for ten minutes;

14. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape. If you don’t plan to eat it right away, please wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, take it out and fry it according to the steps below!

15. Brush a thick layer of oil on the electric pancake rack and put the prepared pancakes in (the more oil, the less likely the color will turn black and the more fragrant it will be);

16. Cover the pancake rack and fry for five minutes.

17. Open the lid and see if the color is almost right, then take it out and serve. If the color is not right, you can continue frying, depending on your personal needs.

18. Paired with vegetables, fruits and juice, it is a great breakfast!
