How to make garlic baked prawns

Nowadays, people are generally under a lot of stress. 1. Prepare the materials.

2. Use a knife to cut along the midline of the prawn's back, from head to tail, leaving only the abdominal shell connected, then remove the shrimp intestines and shrimp thread.

3. Flatten the back of the shrimp with the back of a knife.

4. After all the shrimps are cut, put them in a bowl, add salt, white pepper and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

5. Chop the garlic into fine pieces.

8. First add the fried minced garlic, then add the shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped shallots. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for ten minutes until the prawns turn red and the cheese melts and turns golden.
