Heat the oil in the pan and pour it into the bowl in step 6. 8. After stirring evenly, add 2 spoons of soy sauce, a little sesame oil, a little pepper oil, a little salt, stir evenly again, and the red pepper is ready. Serve in the small dish shown below. 9.
