Crispy Shrimp Rolls

I believe many people don’t know where to start when making crispy shrimp rolls. This is a mouth-watering dish that requires two raw materials: chicken and vegetables. The chef’s superb cooking skills make the delicacy even more attractive. This is also a health-preserving recipe that can be made often for the elders at home.

1. Wash the fresh shrimps, remove the shrimp thread, remove the head, peel the shrimp and keep the tail, and insert a toothpick into the body! (The toothpick is inserted to prevent it from bending during cooking)

2. Blanch the shrimps in boiling water, remove them, drain the water, and take out the toothpicks!

3. Peel the potatoes, steam them, and mash them into mashed potatoes. Add salad dressing, salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix well!

4. Take a wonton wrapper and spread it with the mashed potatoes. Put the shrimp in the middle and leave the shrimp tail outside!

5. Wrap the shrimp and leave the shrimp tail outside. Apply water to the opening to stick it together!

6. Beat the eggs, dip the wrapped shrimps in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs!

7. Dip all the shrimps in breadcrumbs!

8. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is 80% hot, put in the shrimps and fry until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil!
