10. When the liver changes color, add the black fungus and sugar to enhance the flavor.

11. Add the green onions and stir-fry. It will be cooked in about 2 minutes at most.

12. Pour the starch in water and stir-fry twice, then immediately add sesame oil to enhance the flavor, turn off the heat, stir-fry evenly and serve.

13. Serve.
