How to make spicy beef

Spicy beef jerky is a common snack. We know that this snack is made by marinating beef and then drying it. This process takes one day to complete. Ingredients: 200g beef, 200g tofu, 50g peas, 2 shallots, 6 cloves garlic, some starch, seasoning: 30g cooking oil, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon black bean sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon MSG,

Production steps

1. Remove the hard skin and hard edges of the tofu and cut into dices. 2. Wash the beef and cut into dices.

3. Wash and chop the onion and garlic.

4. Wash the peas.

5. Crush the fermented black beans and mix with pepper powder.

6. Put the diced tofu into boiling water and blanch it, then take it out.

7. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and garlic, then add the beef and stir-fry until half cooked. Finally, add the tofu, peas, chili powder, pepper powder, salt, black beans, and MSG and stir-fry evenly.

8. Finally, thicken with water starch.

Precautions

Marinate the diced beef with salt and sugar for 2 hours after cleaning off the blood, and then cook it. The beef will taste very tender.

Method 2

500 grams of beef rump (cucumber strips), 500 grams of soybean oil (actual consumption 75 grams), 50 grams of green onion, 25 grams of ginger, 20 grams of salt, 20 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of cooking wine, 25 grams of sugar, 5 grams of pepper, 10 grams of sesame (roasted), 5 grams of chili oil, 5 grams of dried red pepper, 5 grams of MSG, 750 ml of beef broth, and 15 grams of sesame salt.

Production steps

1. Cut the beef into two neat pieces; peel the green onions; wash them, split them and cut them into sections; cut the ginger into slices;

Wash the red pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into 1 cm long sections; roast and fry the sesame seeds.

2. Marinate the beef with scallion segments, ginger slices, salt and cooking wine for 1 hour. Steam it in a steamer over high heat in boiling water until it is tender. Take it out and let it cool, then cut it into strips 4 cm long and 1 cm wide.

3. Heat the pan and add soybean oil. Heat it to 50% hot. Add the beef strips and fry until dry. Remove from the pan and drain the oil.

4. Put 75 grams of soybean oil in the pot, heat it up, add the peppercorns, fry until they are burnt, then remove and discard. When the oil is slightly cooler, add the dried red pepper and fry until it turns purple and black. Then add the onion and ginger and stir-fry. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, MSG, and beef strips. Use medium heat to thicken the sauce. When the sauce is gone, pour the chili oil on top and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.

5. When eating, pick out the peppers, green onions and ginger slices and put them on a plate.

Main ingredients: 250 grams of clean beef.

Seasoning: 5 grams of cooking wine, 0.5 grams of fine salt, 10 grams of soy sauce, 5 grams of pepper, 5 grams of dried chili, 1 gram of cinnamon, 20 grams of sesame oil, 5 grams of sugar, 25 grams of onion, 25 grams of ginger, 250 grams of broth, and 500 grams of peanut oil (about 20 grams consumed).

Production steps

1. Use a knife to cut the beef into slices 1.5 inches long, 1 inch wide and 2 points thick. Cut the onion and ginger into sections. Place the beef slices in a bowl and marinate with scallion, ginger and Shaoxing wine for 1 hour.

2. Pour peanut oil into the pan, heat it until 70% hot, then add the beef slices and fry until cooked. Remove from the pan and drain the oil.

3. Pour sesame oil into the pot and heat it to 70% hot. Add dried chilies and fry them until they are charred. Then add onion, ginger, cinnamon, and peppercorns and fry them briefly. Then pour in clear soup, cooking wine, salt, sugar, and soy sauce, then pour in the fried beef slices and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. When the juice is almost gone, pour it into a bowl to cool. Take out the beef and place it on a round plate. Place the word "吉" made of bird's nest on top.
