How to make Thousand Layer Meat Pie

A healthy body requires us to maintain it in all aspects. Diet is an important aspect that cannot be ignored. It is a pity if you get sick due to neglecting to take care of yourself. Thousand-layer meat pie is easy to make and provides a nutritious dish for those who do not have much time to spend on cooking.

1. Heat corn oil in a pot, turn off the heat and let it cool. The amount of oil depends on the amount of food you cook.

2. Then, add the condiments in the auxiliary materials one by one, and beat the stuffing in one direction. This way, the meat stuffing will be sticky and delicious.

3. Knead the dough and let it rise. When kneading the dough, I usually add an egg to make it chewy. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, pour it into the flour, crack in the eggs, and knead the dough with warm water. After the dough is kneaded, let it sit for more than 30 minutes to rise.

4. Knead the fermented dough, divide it into several portions, roll it into the size of a bun skin, and wrap it up like a bun (note that the skin should not be too thin, otherwise it will break easily when rolled later)

6. Flatten the buns and gently roll them into a pancake shape. Be gentle so that the filling can come out easily.

7. Fold the rolled pancake into three pieces and roll it into a pancake again. Repeat this process 3 times.

8. No need to shake it again for the third time. Overlap three times like this to create a layered effect.

9. Put oil in the pan (I use a non-stick pan) and put the pancake in.

10. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the dough is obviously risen.

11. The baked thousand-layer steamed dough cake has distinct layers, is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and is very suitable for the elderly and children to eat.
