There is a wide variety of delicious food in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is glutinous rice rose cake. If time permits, you can also make your own glutinous rice rose cake with fresh chicken, rice, and mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. 1. Soak the rose petals in salt water for 20 minutes and then wash them with clean water.

2. Drain the rose water, add chopped rose to glutinous rice flour, sugar and water and mix well (not too dry nor too thin)

3. Make into a cake with a diameter of 3-4 cm

4. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 30% to 40% hot, add the rose cakes one by one, and fry them slowly over low heat.

5. Fry until bubbling and cooked through (it takes six or seven minutes), drain the oil and it is ready to eat.

When making glutinous rice rose cake, you must pay attention to the heat, otherwise the dish will be burnt and affect the taste, and the visual effect will also be bad.
