Method 3 Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 4 green onions, salt, white pepper, oil, peppercorns, sesame oil, and chicken essence as appropriate. practice: 1. Cut a small piece of tofu into small cubes. 2. Boil water in a pot, put the tofu in, blanch it until cooked, and stop when the water boils. 3. Take out and put into cold water to dry. 4. Chop the green onions into small pieces. 5. Drain the moisture from the dried tofu cubes. 6. Add salt, white pepper, sesame oil and chicken essence to the tofu for seasoning and sprinkle with chopped green onions. 7. Heat the oil, add the peppercorns and fry until fragrant. 8. Put the scallion tofu into a plate and use a spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of pepper oil on the surface. Method 4 Ingredients: 200g marinated tofu, 50g shallots, appropriate amounts of sesame oil, salt and MSG. practice: 1. Prepare tofu and shallots. 2. Wash the shallots, cut into small pieces and set aside. 3. Cut the tofu into large slices. 4. Steam in a steamer for 5 minutes. 5. Crush the slightly cooled tofu with a spoon. 6.
