1. Slice the beef, add egg white, black pepper, salt and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes

2. Open the shrimps, remove the threads, and wash them.

3. Cut the onion into small pieces. If you like carrots, you can add some carrot cubes, which will be more nutritious.

4. Heat the oil in a pan, add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Set aside.

5. Heat oil in another pan, add onion and shrimp, stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, then add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and black pepper powder if you like a stronger flavor.

6. After the shrimps change color, add the rice and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Press the rice with a cooking spatula.

7. Don’t waste the remaining egg yolks. Fry them in oil until they are 80% cooked.

8. Finally, serve it on a plate. I prefer to eat this Thai chili sauce with fried rice. It’s simply perfect. Haha. Friends who like it can try it!
