How to make green pepper squid is indeed a difficult task for friends who are not usually in the kitchen. But it doesn’t matter, you can make it by following the methods introduced below, and the ingredients needed for this food are also easily available in life.

Method 1

Material:

Squid, green pepper, garlic, ginger, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Bama sesame oil

1. Cut the prepared green peppers

2. Cut the squid, rinse it with hot water and set aside

3. Heat the pan, add sesame oil, garlic and ginger.

4. After the aroma is sautéed, pour the squid in and stir-fry, add two drops of cooking wine

5. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, and serve when the squid is cooked.

6. Heat the wok, add sesame oil, and then add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry until the green pepper becomes soft, then add the squid and stir-fry together

8. After about 1 minute, add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to adjust the taste and serve.

Tips: Squid will have a fishy smell, so rinse it with hot water first, then use sesame oil to sauté garlic and ginger, this will help remove the fishy smell better.

4 green peppers 2 liang dried squid

Ingredients:

A little oil, a little salt, a little cooking wine, a little soy sauce

1. Peel the squid, flatten it, and cut it horizontally and vertically, usually to 1/8 of the meat left.

2. Cut the rectangles into 3cm long and 1.5cm wide. Cut the legs in the same way and make them the same length.

4. Cut the green pepper into the same size

Tips

It is best to use cuttlefish, the meat is more tender than squid, and you should add more salt than usual, as squid is not very flavorful!
