4. As the mixer speed increases, the color will gradually change from dark to light. Then stir quickly until the color turns milky white. After scooping up, the egg mixture drips in lines and does not disappear immediately. Finally, stir slowly for about 1 minute.

5. Sift in the low-gluten flour and baking powder at the same time. If the egg batter is really beaten, the sifted flour will not sink immediately.

6. After stirring, slowly pour in all the ingredients in step 2. (The glass bowl I used was too small, and I didn’t expect the eggs to swell so much, so I quickly poured them into a stainless steel bowl.

7. Use a whisk to slowly stir from the bottom of the container until it becomes a batter without any particles. Then use a rubber scraper to gently scrape the batter attached to the edge of the container and mix it evenly.

8. Pour the batter into the mold (steaming bowl) and let it stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes. At this time, boil the water in the steamer. After 10 minutes, put the steaming bowl into the boiling steamer and steam it over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.
