1. Pepper pork belly soup

1. Use the blade of a knife to crush the white peppercorns into white pepper powder and set aside.

2. Trim off the fat on the surface of the pig's stomach, turn it over, add 2 tablespoons of salt (not included in the amount), rub it, and then rinse it with water. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar (not included in the amount), rub it, and then rinse it with water. Put it into boiling water to blanch, remove it, and scrape off the intestinal membrane for later use.

3. Add seasoning A to boiling water, put in the pork belly prepared in step 2, cook over low heat for 10 minutes and remove from the pot.

4. Put the crushed white pepper from step 1, the pork belly from step 3, seasoning B and water into the inner pot of the rice cooker. Press the "cook" button and cook until the switch pops up. Take out the pork belly and let it cool, then cut it into appropriate sizes and put it back into the inner pot to simmer.

2. Corn, carrot and pork belly soup

1. Wash the pork belly, cut the corn into sections, peel and chop the carrots.

2. Crush the white pepper.

3. Boil the pork bones and lean meat to remove blood.

4. Put all ingredients except corn and carrots into the pig's stomach.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam.

6. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours until the pork belly is cooked.

7. Take out the pork stomach and cut into thick strips.

8. Add corn and carrots and continue cooking for half an hour.

9. Add salt to taste before drinking.

3. Yuba, lotus seeds and pork tripe soup

1. Wash the pig's stomach repeatedly with cornstarch and salt to remove the odor, blanch it and cut it into strips.

2. Add bean curd sticks, lentils, Chinese yam and mushrooms into the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for two hours and season. After the pork belly is cooked, it tastes great when dipped in soy sauce, and the soup is also fresh, fragrant and rich.
