How to make pickled edamame

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make stir-fried edamame with pickles. Prepare the ingredients and start cooking.

1. Prepare Materials

2.1 Wash the snow vegetable thoroughly to remove the salt on the surface and squeeze out the water; cut the snow vegetable into small pieces, not too long, about 5mm in length

3.2 Wash and peel the edamame and drain

4. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, heat it over high heat until it is 60% hot, then add minced ginger and edamame and stir-fry until fragrant. Stir-fry the edamame for about 4 to 5 minutes (the edamame must be cooked through, and a small amount of water can be added halfway to prevent it from sticking to the pan)

5. Pour in the chopped snow vegetables and stir-fry evenly. Add the chopped red peppers, add a small amount of salt and sugar and stir-fry quickly (if the snow vegetable is particularly salty, you don’t need to add salt)

6. Finally, add a little chicken essence according to your taste, stir well and turn off the heat.
