3. After the clams have cooled, remove the clam meat from the shell

4. Stir-fry the minced garlic in oil in a pan, add salt, pepper, and chicken essence, add the clam meat, turn off the heat and mix well. Place on the loofah slices, steam for three minutes, sprinkle with Chinese toon seedlings and red pepper shreds and serve.
