4. Pour into paper molds, filling each to 80% full; this recipe can make three paper molds with a bottom width of 5.5 cm and a height of 5 cm, and one egg tart mold (overload version).

5. Bake: Preheat to 180 degrees, bake on the middle layer for 20 minutes.
