How to make oatmeal peanut energy blocks

1. Finished product quantity: 1.5 cm high, 15 pieces Ingredients: 150 grams of oatmeal, 45 grams of crushed peanuts, 45 grams of low-gluten flour, 90 grams of butter, 15 grams of brown sugar, 45 grams of fine sugar, 22 grams of honey, and 45 grams of dark chocolate. Mould: 8-inch square plate (20 oatmeal peanut energy blocks 20CM)

2.90g butter, cut into small pieces.

3. Heat in the microwave until the butter is completely melted.

4. Add 15 grams of brown sugar, 45 grams of fine sugar and 22 grams of honey to the melted butter.

5. Use a whisk to stir until the butter and other ingredients are fully blended.

6. Peel the fried peanuts, crush them with a rolling pin and set aside.

7. Cut 45 grams of dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.

8. Mix 150 grams of oatmeal, 45 grams of crushed peanuts (crushed in step 6), and 45 grams of low-gluten flour together, add the mixed liquid of butter and sugar, and stir well.

9. Add 45g of chocolate chips (chopped in point 7 and set aside.

10. Stir well.

11. Pour into an 8-inch square plate and press flat with a spoon. If the mold does not have a non-stick coating, you need to brush a layer of cooking oil first.

12. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for 20 minutes. If you like a slightly burnt taste, bake for 5 minutes longer.

13. Remove the energy block from the mold when it is no longer hot (shake it vigorously), and cut it into pieces after it has cooled completely.
