1. Prepare the materials

2.1 Add the remaining 170ml of milk, light cream, condensed milk and sugar to a small pot and bring to a boil over low heat.

3.2 Mix corn starch with about 80ml of milk until there are no particles.

4.1 Immediately stir quickly with a spoon, and remove from heat when the liquid in the pot turns into a thick milk paste.

5.2 Pour the prepared milk-corn starch paste into the boiling milk.

6. Take a sealable box, put a layer of wax paper in it, pour the thick milk paste into the box, wait for it to cool down, and refrigerate overnight.

7. Take it out the next day. The milk batter has solidified and can be taken out together with the wax paper.

8. Cut into small cubes.

9. Roll some shredded coconut on the surface, or you can eat it directly if you don’t like shredded coconut.
