1.1 Soak the fish maw and cut it into small pieces for later use

2.2 Soak the fish maw for eight hours, clean the cordyceps flowers and dried longan, and set aside.

3. Blanch the chicken in boiling water for two minutes to remove the fishy smell.

4. Take a clay pot, pour 70% water, put in fish maw, dried longan, cordyceps flower, turn on high heat, boil the water, and simmer for half an hour on low heat.

5. After half an hour, pour the blanched chicken into the clay pot, turn on high heat until the soup is ready, and simmer over low heat.

6. Cook on low heat for 1 hour, then turn off the heat and you can start eating!
