4. Turn on the fire, put butter in the pot, put in the steak, turn it over for 50 seconds, and then cook it for another 30 seconds. The time can be adjusted according to the thickness of the steak or personal preference.

5. Stir-fry some onions and tomatoes, fry an egg, add the blanched broccoli, and serve on a plate. Add homemade black pepper sauce, and you are done. You can enjoy delicious steak at home.
