1. Wash the duck, cut it into pieces, boil the duck in water until the blood is removed, then take it out.

3. Heat the pan and stir-fry the blanched duck meat until all the water is dry! Serve for later use

4. Add a little oil to the pan, heat it up, add peppercorns, garlic, bean paste, and soaked ginger and fry until fragrant

5. Add the freshly fried duck meat and stir well.

6. After stir-frying, a certain aroma will be released. At this time, add a bottle of beer and duck meat. Cook over medium heat for half an hour.

7. Cook until the wine is mostly dry, then add the pickled peppers and cook for 20 minutes! Until there is only a little soup left! Add salt, soy sauce and chicken essence to season. (Both bean paste and pickled peppers contain salt, so be sure to add less salt.)

8. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Spicy pickled pepper beer duck is good
