13. After the water boils and the fish is cooked, put the fish into the pot without stirring it first to avoid breaking up the starch and egg white on it. The fire continued to burn.

14. After the pot boils, remove the floating foam on top. Gently stir the fish in the pan.

15. Turn off the heat when the fish turns white.

16. Take out the fish meat and put it into the bowl with the vegetables and bean curd skin. Pour the fish soup into another bowl for later use.

17. Put half of the oil that was poured out earlier back into the pot, bring it to a boil, and pour it into the fish bowl until it makes a squeaking sound.

18.Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top.

19. Pour the fish soup into the fish bowl.
