9. Put baking paper at the bottom of the dough and place it on the steamer for the second fermentation until it doubles in size.

10. Steam the dish in a pot with cold water over high heat. After the water boils, turn to medium heat. For this amount, it only takes about 20 minutes to steam. After turning off the heat, wait for 5 minutes before removing the lid.
